The PLATEMASTER by Messer-MG Systems offers dual side drive plasma and oxyfuel cutting. Available in widths from 6’ to 12’, and lengths from 10’ to 100’+, the PLATEMASTER travels at an industry leading jog speed of 1000 IPM in any pure x or y motion and up to 1400 ipm combined. Cutting stainless steel, mild steel and aluminum with high definition plasma up to 400A the PLATEMASTER can cut sheetmetal right up to 3" and up to 12" with the oxy-fuel cutting process. Utilizing a unique frame with largest motors, rails, pinions and racks in its class the PLATEMASTER provides smooth motion and accurately cut parts.
