Global Rotator Delta

Price: N/A

MG Systems and Welding R&D has engineered a new plasma bevel rotator, the Global Rotator Delta. The Rotator Delta provides the option of bevel cutting with Plasma up to 400 amps for users in the mid to large-size gantry machine market, providing a wider range of options to better suit your needs.

Now more users than ever before can utilize bevel cutting to create the finished parts they need. The compound skew design utilized in the Global Rotator Delta keeps the critical components up and away from the cutting torch, minimizing the risk of damage to the torch by slag, heat, and collision. This design concept has been proven by the Global Rotator Infinity in many rigorous applications.

Available on the
Titan II Universal Multi-Process Cutting Centre or the MPC 2000 Large Gantry Precision Cutting System

Special Features

  • AC precision servo drives for high performance
  • Cut bevels from +/- 45 degrees
  • Cut bevels, double bevels, or bevels with landings around contours
  • Bevelling controlled automatically through powerful Global Control Plus
  • +/- 460 degree rotation at 50 rpm for efficient use of machine cutting time
  • Torch height controlled by analogue arc voltage to +/- 0.006" for maximum part accuracy
